Dear Campus Community,
It is my pleasure to announce that Grace De Oro, ‘19 will be the inaugural Coordinator of Equity Programming for St. Mary's College of Maryland. Grace comes to St. Mary's fresh out of the doctoral program in Public Policy at the University of Maryland at Baltimore County. While a doctoral student, she served as a Graduate Assistant. Grace began her position with St. Mary's on Monday, March 4, 2024.
A strong pool of candidates applied, and I want to thank Lauren Sampson and Michael Dunn, my small but mighty Search Committee Members, along with everyone on campus who contributed to this successful search.
Please join me in welcoming Grace, back, to St. Mary's College.
Lastly, with Grace's appointment, I excited to share that the Office of Equity Programming is finally fully staffed:
