Our colleagues at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health are asking for students to help them refine their sexual violence survey measures. Help us spread the word about this survey announcement by sharing with students!

_ _ _

Have you experienced unwanted sexual comments, sexual touching, or sexual assault while you’ve been a student?

A research team from Johns Hopkins would like to interview people about unwanted sexual experiences of undergraduate college students, aged 18-24. Each interview would take place over Zoom, and last about 90 minutes. You will be paid $40 via electronic gift card for your time.  The team welcomes participation from people of every race/ethnicity, gender identity, and sexual orientation.

We are asking students to tell us about experiences that happened prior to the COVID-19 pandemic (March 2020).  Only people who were students prior to March 2020 are eligible for this survey.

Talking about unwanted sexual experiences can be emotionally challenging. We encourage all students to consider if they are far along enough in their healing that they would feel comfortable and safe discussing their experiences with a researcher.

Please follow this link to a survey to leave contact information for the study team.

Thank you!
